Claudinette Lara was born and raised in Mexico City.
For over 26 years Claudinette is been on sales achievement and providing successful satisfactory to her clients, going through time share bigining, security equipment systems, Real State and property management & rentals. She started in her own apartament building in 1993 renting and taking care of her rentees in the state of Mexico,after 6 years in 1998 she moved to Cuernavaca Morelos and she kept doing rentals and property management for her own and for a friend that ask her to take care of her properties while she was living out of the country.
Over a year ago when her sister Grisell Lara invited her to Puerto Vallarta to do the rentals as well starting with properties at Sea River Tower that she had sale and her clients were asking her to take care and rent they’re condos, she love the idea and she knew that that was what she always wanted to do.
Now successfully they have expanded to Conchas Chinas, Nvo. Vallarta and Bucerías.

Was born and raised in Mexico City. She attended the Garside School and the Buckingham Institute getting an Administrative Asssitant Diploma. In 1986 she was invited by the Mexican Government to work for the Embassy of Mexico in Washington, D.C., Grisell worked as Administrator for the Agricultural Ministry Office from 1986 to 1994 and from 1994 to 1998 as Administrator for the Interior Ministry Office. Among her duties was the Ministry agenda and taking care of a 300,000 Dlls. budget. Some times she had to replace the Ambassador’s Secretary, so she worked for Mr. Gustavo Petriccioli and Mr. Jesus Silva Herzog former Hacienda Secretaries.
2002 She decided to come back to Mexico and chose Puerto Vallarta to live, so she took a Real Estate course at Long and Foster Training School a very well known Real Estate Agency around the East Coast.
March, 2003 she was invited to work for Coldwell Banker with Mrs. Tere Kimball as a Project Manager at Sea River Tower. She took care of 59 condominiums listing.
June, 2004 Mrs. Kimball invited Grisell to keep on working for her at the same project but under Prudential California Vallarta Division name taking care of 40 more condos of which 49 were sold by herself.
November 2005 she was invited to work for G3Mex Group, which is a Real Estate Investment, Development and Broker Services Company. It’s market focuses on the coastal waters of Puerto Vallarta inside Puerto Vallarta’s Bay of Banderas and the North and South zones of the bay, as an investor at the Sea Scape project, a development of 12 condos and 6 penthouses at Emiliano Zapata, Punta de Mita, Nayarit. Her position besides investor and owner of the lots on which the development will be built was Project Manager, taking care of the sale and promotion of the condos.
